At Guiding Hands Guardianship Services (GHGS), we do more than provide guardianship; we create real opportunities for growth, independence, and community inclusion. We proudly support individuals as they build valuable life and work skills that empower them to thrive. 

We are proud to share that several of our members have gained valuable administrative experience through internship opportunities in professional healthcare settings. These experiences reflect our commitment to providing individuals with developmental disabilities with hands-on job training that matches their unique strengths and interests. 

By carefully pairing each candidate with roles that align with their skills and aspirations, we ensure that every participant has the opportunity to succeed and grow in a real-world workplace environment.

We are dedicated to helping young adults build their confidence, skills, and independence to succeed. We prepare our participants for employment and lifelong success through personalized support and real-world opportunities. 

Our Training Program is designed for young adults with developmental disabilities who have graduated from high school or completed a college certificate program.

We focus on helping them transition into the workforce by providing:

✅ Confidence and self-esteem building in professional settings
